Héloïse, the first song on the new album “Cinematic” by Daniel Lumbreras, is the first song composed during a creative process that arises in the months of confinement. Born out of these feelings that suffocate us these days, Daniel’s new work is a reflection of letting go, playing music, and letting his voice fly.
Recorded at home during the confinement, Daniel makes it clear that cinema is an engine that influences his work, and that he recreates painting scenes on each subject. “Cinematic” is a painting in itself, which we can admire for hours.
We met Daniel in the middle of this chaos to duplicate him, to make him dance in the middle of the shadows, and to play with him.
His voice resounds in each of the images we have made of him, and each one invites us to follow him.
The presentation of the new album will be at Fabra i Coats (Barcelona) on Friday January 22 at 8pm. We invite you to follow his voice, he will make you dream awake.
Héloïse, la primera canción del nuevo disco “Cinematic” de Daniel Lumbreras, es el primer tema compuesto durante un proceso creativo que surge en los meses del confinamiento. Nacida de estos sentimientos que nos ahogan a lo largo de estos tiempos que corren, Daniel centra esta nueva obra en reflexiones para dejar ir, para jugar a la música y dejar volar su voz.
Grabado en casa durante el encierro, Daniel deja claro que el cine es un motor que influye en su obra, y que el recrea pintando escenarios en cada tema. “Cinematic” es una pintura en si misma, que nos podemos quedar a admirar por horas.
Nosotros encontramos a Daniel en medio de este caos para duplicarlo, para hacerlo bailar en medio de las sombras, y para jugar con el.
Su voz retumba en cada una de las imágenes que hemos hecho de él, y cada una invita a seguirlo.
