Luego de haber llevado a cabo mi proyecto de Nu Name, me dí cuenta que el trabajo con el desnudo es inmensamente rico, las texturas, el juego de las sombras entre la piel y el fondo… Me ha gustado poder escuchar que la gente describía mis fotos Polaroid con sutiles adjetivos que despertaban mis sentidos al escucharlas.
Las fotos de hoy, tomadas con mi Polaroid 320, son delicadamente logradas, y aunque no fueron la selección final para la exposición, son a las que mas les guardo cariño, sus pequeñas imperfecciones dada la sensibilidad del papel y la textura producida en el secado son pequeños detalles que las hacen únicas.
After participating with the project of Nu Name, I realized that working with the nude is immensely rich, the textures, the combination of shadows between the skin and the background… I liked to hear the people describing my Polaroid photos with subtle adjectives that awoke my senses when I hear them.
These pictures, taken with my Polaroid 320, are delicately achieved, and although they were not the final selection for the exhibition, are the ones that I keep with more affection, their small imperfections due to the sensitivity of the paper and the texture produced in the drying process are small details that make them unique.
